Official Casualties of the Russian Invasion: What’s the Score? (03.02.22)

A week has passed since Vlad “The Overcompensator” Putin decided to have a menage a trois with his cuckolded friend — Lukashenka (illegitimate president of Belarus), and their defenseless (or so they’d thought) neighbor  — the nation of Ukraine. Yes, in case you didn’t notice, those ballistic missiles that hit Kyiv, Kharkiv, and many other towns and cities, were launched from the Belarussian territory, making them just as guilty as the Russians. Moving on.

Official Casualties of the Russian Invasion: What’s the Score? (03.02.22)

It’s been seven long days and even longer sleepless nights, but neither side has given up yet. In fact, the Ukrainians are just warming up! They have proven time and time again that if you come into their house with war, you’re not getting out of their alive. Hundreds of thousands of volunteers joined the city watch, regular folk mixed tens of thousands of Molotov cocktails, made anti-vehicle spikes, constructed barricades, and so on. Basically, this is what most people mean when they say “teamwork.” There’s no talk about bad politicians or corrupt judges; everyone is doing something useful or stays put in the shelters.

And what do the Russian troops have? 20-year-old recruits who never saw any action aside from playing video games; complete unpreparedness resulting in lack of food and fuel and no idea what they’re supposed to do on the enemy territory. The smart ones surrender; the rest are sent back to their homeland in plastic bags if they’re lucky.

The casualties of this invasion are massive for both sides. Ukraine has lost at least 2000 civilians, including 16 children, thousands are wounded, several cities have already been decimated, more are still being hit with rockets, artillery shells, and airstrikes every hour. But at least there’s a bright side: as of March 2, the Russian occupants have lost almost 6000 soldiers and a boatload of machinery, as reported by the official Facebook post from the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Here’s the full breakdown:

Personnel – 5840 people

Aircraft – 30 units,

Helicopters – 31 units,

Tanks – around 211,

Armored Combat Vehicles – 862,

Artillery Systems – 85,

Air Defense Systems – 9,

Reactive Volley-Fire Systems – 40,

Mobile Fuel Tanks – 60,

Drones – 3,

Light Speed Boats – 2 units,

Automotive Equipment – 355 units.

Note: The numbers are being constantly updated since it’s very hard to count the downed enemies and machinery due to the highly hostile environment, aka war.

As soon as Ukraine gets the green light from NATO about closing the sky, they will inevitably destroy the fascist forces and start rebuilding a new, better Ukraine.

Until then, glory to Ukraine!

Glory to the heroes!
