Throughout the Sean “Diddy” Combs legal scandal, many celebrities have been put under pressure to add their thoughts on the matter. While Jennifer Lopez has stayed silent, her first husband, Ojani Noa, hasn’t been afraid to speak out. Ojani had some harsh words to say when he showed up on “Despierta America,” claiming that the controversial rapper was the reason why he got divorced from J.Lo in the first place.
Before Lopez found love with Marc Anthony and then Ben Affleck, Lopez was wed to Noa. Their marriage only lasted 11 months, and if J.Lo is telling the truth, Diddy was part of the reason the union was so brief.
When he appeared on “Despierta America,” Noa stated that when Lopez first started a working relationship with Diddy, it led to deception. However, this isn’t the first time he’s said something like that. In 2022, he spoke with the Daily Mail and explained that when his ex and Diddy worked together, he would see pictures of them on outings that looked like dates.
When he questioned Lopez about the relationship, she asserted that it was solely business-related, saying, “It’s just business. This is what I’m being told I have to do.”
Noa didn’t like the sound of that—he was suspicious and would retort, “But you are married!”
It looks like his gut instinct was correct because soon after the couple got divorced, Lopez started dating Diddy. The relationship didn’t work out, and the more scandalous aspects of their relationship were exposed by the tabloids. For example, he cheated on her with his intermittent partner Kim Porter and committed additional infidelity.
When Noa spoke to the Daily Mail, he firmly believed that if Lopez hadn’t been surrounded by certain people who were in her orbit when she first professionally connected with Diddy, their marriage could have been saved. It looks like that will remain a mystery!
