Summary

‘Reflection of You’ (written by Yoo Bo-ra, directed by Im Hyun-wook) is the story of a woman who abandoned the modifiers of wife and mother and was faithful to her desires, and another woman who became a supporting character in her life through a brief meeting with that woman.

Go Hyun-jung, who is returning to the drama after two years, takes on the role of Jeong Hee-joo, the main character who is living a successful life as a painter and essay writer. Shin Hyun-bin takes on the role of Goo Hae-won, who shines brilliantly but is terribly broken, and works with Go Hyun-jung.

Go Hyun-jung said, “I’m happy to be back. ‘Reflection of You’ was fate. When I was not feeling well, I was offered to appear in several works. ‘People who look like you’ caught my eye and I felt like ‘I have to do it’. If it weren’t for this time, it seemed like I wouldn’t be able to do it for the rest of my life.” She also said, “The character and situation of Jeong Hee-Joo is multifaceted, so I focused on accepting Jeong Hee-Joo itself rather than acting with the main focus.”

Shin Hyun-bin said, “It was difficult to choose a drama at the time, such as the tvN drama ‘Hospital Playlist’, but I was curious about ‘Reflection of You’. My heart raced. Even if I didn’t appear, I wondered what kind of actor would be.”

Finally, director Lim Hyun-wook said, “I wanted to unravel the various relationships in a fun way,” and Shin Hyun-bin said, “Please look forward to a new side that you haven’t seen before. The fun will be different depending on which character you focus on”, Goh Hyeon-jeong said, “It touches something that is not universal but within human nature. It is a drama where I can find myself,” she pointed out to prospective viewers.
