Summary
Mental Coach Jegal Gil work tells the story of Jegal Gil (Jung Woo), who was permanently expelled from the national Taekwondo team for an accident and re-enters the Athletes’ Village as a mental coach who takes care of the mental health of the national team players.
Jung-woo takes on the role of Jegal-gil, a sports mental coach who used to be a national Taekwondo athlete, and Lee Yoo-mi takes on the role of Cha ga-eul, a short track gold medalist who is in a slump.
Kwon Yul plays Koo Tae-man, director of the Human Rights Center of the Sports Association, a former Taekwondo Olympic gold medalist, and Park Se-yeong plays Park Seung-ha, a doctor from the psychological support team of the Athletes’ Village.
