Summary

The Netflix movie ‘Carter’ pursues a man who has lost his memory two months after the outbreak of the DMZ virus. In North Korea, 8.5 million people, or 34% of the population, were infected, and the country was on the verge of collapse. In the United States, 30,000 of the 150,000 infected have died. One survivor from Korea is the only hope. What is the true identity of the man? Will it be possible to secure a cure through the fierce espionage warfare between the two Koreas and the United States?

In the movie, Carter (Joo Won) is forcibly given a mission. For Carter to regain his identity and memory, he must somehow succeed the mission. Following Carter’s story unraveled in the form of a mystery, it is revealed that he is in the midst of a complicated international situation and a struggle caused by the DMZ virus.
