This annual event has always been an excuse for the hottest celebs to debut the kinds of outfits that leave fans in awe for years. In short, everyone who attends these galas is beautiful and dressed to the nines, so it takes a really special outfit to stand out amid all the prettiest peacocks in Hollywood.
Blake Lively, though, has special outfits to spare! In 2017, she wore a gold Versace gown that hugged her in all the right places and had a train made of blue feathers (talk about peacocking!). And in 2018, she wore a gown with a busty top, showing off enough assets that she set the internet on fire. Between her natural beauty and the fact that she shows up with literally millions of dollars in accessories, she effortlessly steals the spotlight whenever she walks into the room!
Showing too much skin at the Emmys
By pretty much any stretch, Blake Lively’s outfits at the Met Gala were fairly naughty. But that’s the kind of event where you more or less expect major Hollywood stars to show some skin and flex their curves. In 2009, Lively was on top of the world: Gossip Girl was still on the air and she was one of the presenters at that year’s Emmy awards show. She did a great job presenting, but what caught everyone’s eye was that the actor wore an open-topped red dress that did more than show off her cleavage…it pretty much let half of her upper body out for air!
